Akhirnya disulap jadi puding aja. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Puding Cokelat Kacang &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan:&lt;br /&gt;Lapisan kacang hijau:&lt;br /&gt;1 bungkus agar-agar bubuk hijau&lt;br /&gt;700 ml air &lt;br /&gt;25 gr kacang hijau rebus blender dengan air&lt;br /&gt;100 gr gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan lapisan coklat:&lt;br /&gt;600 ml susu cair&lt;br /&gt;1 sdm cokelat bubuk&lt;br /&gt;100 gr cokelat masak pekat, cincang&lt;br /&gt;100 gr gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;1 bungkus agar-agar bubuk putih&lt;br /&gt;2 kuning telur ayam, kocok  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan saus coklat:&lt;br /&gt;500 ml air &lt;br /&gt;2 sdm coklat bubuk&lt;br /&gt;150 gr gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;1 sdm tepung maizena, larutkan dengan sedikit air&lt;br /&gt;Rhum secukupnya (saya nggak pake)    &lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Cara membuat :  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lapisan kacang hijau : Campur air, agar-agar bubuk, gula dan kacang hijau. Jerang diatas api sedang sambil diaduk-aduk sampai mendidih. Angkat dan tuang ke dalam cetakan yang sudah dibasahi air matang. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lapisan cokelat :  Campur susu, cokelat bubuk, cokelat masak, gula, dan agar-agar dalam panci.Jerang di atas api sedang sambil aduk-aduk hingga cokelat larut dan susu mendidih. Kecilkan api. Ambil sedikit adonan panas, campur dengan kuning telur hingga rata. Tuang kembali ke dalam adonan susu. Masak hingga mendidih. Angkat. Tuangkan ke dalam cetakan dia atas lapisan kacang hijau yang sudah mengeras. Biarkan hingga dingin. Simpan dalam lemari es hingga saat disajikan. Sajikan puding dengan sausnya.       :  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Saus :  Campur air, cokelat bubuk dan gula pasir, aduk rata dan didihkan. Setelah mendidih kentalkan dengan larutan maizena, biarkan mendidih kembali, angkat. Beri rhum secukupnya, bila suka. Nyobain dibikin pisang bollen. Cara bikinnya mirip kayak kue soes, cuman ini digoreng bukan dipanggang. Enak banget deh, akbar lahap banget makannya. Rasanya empuk dan sarat gizi. Telornya aja 3 gitu loh.   &lt;br&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br&gt;Sumber : 30 menu untuk satu bulan Sisca Soewitomo   &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Pisang Bollen &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Bahan : &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br&gt; 60 gr margarin blueband  &lt;br&gt;100 ml susu cair  &lt;br&gt;2 sdm gula pasir  &lt;br&gt;60 gr tepung terigu protein sedang, misal segitiga&lt;br&gt;3 butir telur  &lt;br&gt;� sdt ragi instan  &lt;br&gt;� sdt baking powder  &lt;br&gt;5 buah pisang raja, potong dadu (pakai pisang kepok)  &lt;br&gt;50 gr kismis (saya nggak pake)  &lt;br&gt;Minyak untuk menggoreng     &lt;br&gt;Untuk taburan : gula bubuk, cokelat masak leleh dan keju cheddar parut     &lt;br&gt;&lt;br style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Cara membuat :  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Masak margarin bersama susu cair dan gula pasir, setelah mendidih masukan tepung terigu, aduk rata dan masak hingga kalis, angkat &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; Masukan telur satu persatu, aduk dengan mixer  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Tambahkan ragi instan dan baking powder, aduk rata  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Masukan potongan pisang dan kismis, aduk rata  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Panaskan minyak goreng. Akhirnya pas wiken beli kentang ke tukang sayur. Kentangnya dibagi dua, untuk perkedel kentang sama donat ini. Donatnya ditaburin gula halus, dimakan buat sarapan sambil  ditemenin teh anget. Hmmm...enyak. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Ini resepnya :     &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Donat Kentang&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br&gt;Sumber : NCC  &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Bahan:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br&gt;500 gr   tepung terigu protein tinggi (mis : cakra) &lt;br&gt;50 gr     susu bubuk &lt;br&gt;11 gr    ragi instant &lt;br&gt;200 gr   kentang, kukus, haluskan dan dinginkan &lt;br&gt;100 gr   gula psir &lt;br&gt;75 gr     mentega &lt;br&gt;� sdt    garam &lt;br&gt;4 btr     kuning telur &lt;br&gt;100 ml   air dingin  &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Cara membuatnya:  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Dalam wadah, campur tepung terigu, gula, susu bubuk, ragi instant, aduk rata, masukkan kentang halus ,tuang telur dan air dingin, uleni hingga rata dan setengah kalis.   &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Beri mentega dan garam, uleni terus hingga kalis elastis. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Istirahatkan 15 menit.   &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Bagi adonan, masing-masing 50 gr (buat aku kegedean, jadi bikin yg 25gr aja), bulatkan. Diamkan 20 menit, hingga mengembang.   &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Lubangi tengahnya, menjadi bentuk donat, segera goreng sampai kuning kecoklatan. Akhirnya memanfaatkan selai blueberry yang tinggal dikit. Nemu resep dari dapurnya Rina. Aslinya  model cup cake. Tapi berhubung blom punya loyang mufin, akhirnya pake loyang bulat diameter 26 cm. Setelah dicoba, rasanya enaakkk banget. Cakenya lembut padahal cuman pake 2 telur, kuncinya pas ngocok harus bener. Pokoknya nggak nyesel deh bikin cake ini. Resepnya saya modif dikit ya ...     &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Blueberry Cake&lt;/span&gt;     &lt;br&gt;&lt;br style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Bahan:  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br&gt;120gr   mentega  &lt;br&gt;� sdt   vanili  &lt;br&gt;200gr   gula pasir  &lt;br&gt;2btr     telur  &lt;br&gt;200gr   tepung terigu  &lt;br&gt;1sdt     baking powder  &lt;br&gt;150ml   susu segar (kebetulan adanya susu bantal jadi dipake deh)  &lt;br&gt;Selai blueberry (campur dengan sedikit air hangat biar nggak terlalu kental)        &lt;br&gt;&lt;br style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Cara membuat:  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Kocok mentega, gula, vanili hingga mengembang dan pucat, masukkan telur, kocok lagi hingga tercampur rata dan mengembang  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Masukkan tepung + baking powder yang sudah diayak dan susu secara bergantian, sambil diaduk hingga rata.  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Tuang � adonan ke dalam loyang, masukan selai blueberry ratakan dengan bagian belakang sendok, tutup lagi dengan sisa adonan.  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Oven sekitar 45 menit. Soalnya itu pisang udah di goreng, dibikin sarikaya pisang ternyata masih blom habis juga. Foto diatas diambil pas cakenya baru dikeluarin dari oven, masih kondisi panas. Hasilnya enak deh, empuk n padet jadi bikin kenyang. Ini resepnya ya :&lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Cake Pisang Blue Band     &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Bahan : &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br&gt; 200 gr Blue Band&lt;br&gt;150 gr gula pasir (saya kurangi jadi 125 gr karena pisangnya udah mateng dan manis banget)  150 gr daging pisang ambon haluskan (saya pake pisang kepok)  &lt;br&gt;4 butir telur  &lt;br&gt;275 gr tepung terigu  &lt;br&gt;� sdt baking powder  &lt;br&gt;50 ml susu cair  &lt;br&gt;50 gr meises     &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Cara membuat :  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;ul style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ayak bahan kering &lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Kocok blue band dan gula sampai lembut &lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Masukan pisang, aduk rata &lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Masukan telur satu persatu plus susu sambil diaduk &lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ganti mikser ke speed rendah. Masukan secara bertahap terigu tambahkan meises sambil diaduk . &lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Tuang ke dalam loyang yang sudah di lapisi mentega dan dasarnya diberi ketas roti. Waktu bikiin pertama kali takarannya ngikutin resep. Tapi makin kesini, udah pake jurus kira-kira aja ;). Yang penting sebelum tempe dan kacang dimasukin, bumbunya dicobain dulu. Dia seneng banget tuh waktu nyampur adonan kue pake pasta warna-warni. Trus kita nuangin adonan ke loyangnya juga gantian. Jadi saya tuangin warna putih sesendok, lalu akbar tuang warna merah muda sesendok, saya tuang warna hijau sesendok, begitu seterusnya sampai adonan habis. Beri sedikit goresan pada telur rebus, goreng sampai agak kecoklatan, angkat dan sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;2. Tumis bumbu halus sampai harum, masukkan daun salam, daun jeruk, jahe, lengkuas, terasi dan gula merah. Aduk sampai matang lalu tambahkan kecap manis, air asam dan garam.&lt;br /&gt;3.
